5ive Star Restoration’s team was very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had a fire at my home on Feb. 9, 2013 at 3 p.m. and my insurance company called 5ive Star on a Sunday around 4:30 and at 6:30 or 7 they were at my house and immediately started working. I was out of my home for a month and they were a joy to work with… any questions or concerns that I had was answered promptly. They made a stressful situation more bearable and I would recommend this company to anyone. Nice, friendly service and did an outstanding job.

First, I promptly received an estimate by e-mail that let me know the cost and particulars of the job which included repairing water damaged area in two bathrooms. All of the workers arrived when scheduled or we received a call to update us and they carefully attended to all of the needed details to get the work done right and in a way that caused as little interruption as possible to our family’s home routine.
